Draft means the request has been saved but not paid or submitted. Pending means payment is recorded and processing has not started. Processing means the team is working on the application.
Queried means the team needs an answer or additional document. Read the specific query in My orders, send your response and attach the requested files.
Approved means the team has marked the request complete and published the completion documents. Rejected and Cancelled include the recorded outcome. A Refunded request has a separate refund transaction in Wallet. Government decisions and timing depend on the relevant authority.
